The homepage provides membership registration and login using email, password, and Google account. Firebase Authentication is used to send membership authentication and password reset emails. We use Google Analytics to understand the status of homepage usage and improve services.
1. Why do you process any personal information?
- Use the homepage
- Technical information such as IP address, browser and operating system information, access date and time, request page, and inflow path may be automatically processed during the hosting and usage statistics collection process for service provision, access security and fault response. Google Analytics can process page addresses, titles, inflow routes, device and browser information, and approximate region and service usage records. The hospital does not use this information for customized advertising.
- External consultation·reservation
- If the user chooses Naver or Kakao's consultation and reservation service, the name, contact information, reservation request information, consultation details, etc. provided by the platform can be processed for the purpose of consultation and reservation confirmation. The mandatory and optional items and privacy policy on each platform screen also apply.
- Email membership registration
- Email address and encrypted authentication information are processed for the purpose of member identification, login, account management, and password reset.
- Google membership registration
- Google account identifiers, email addresses, and name and profile information within the range agreed by the user are processed for member identification and login purposes. The hospital does not collect or store Google passwords.
2. How much personal information do you keep?
- Technical information on homepage access: Period according to the operation policy of hosting and security services
- Google Analytics usage statistics: Up to the retention period set in the Google Analytics properties
- External counseling and reservation information: It will be destroyed without delay after achieving the purpose of counseling or reservation, but if it is incorporated into medical records or there is an obligation to preserve it in related laws and regulations, it will be stored until the relevant period.
- Member account information: Until membership withdrawal. However, if there is a preservation obligation in the relevant laws and regulations, it will be kept separately until the relevant period.
3. Do you provide personal information to a third party?
The hospital processes the user's personal information only within the scope of the above purposes, and does not provide it to a third party unless there is a separate consent of the information subject or a legal basis. If the user enters information directly by moving to an external service of Naver and Kakao, the privacy policy of the business operator will apply.

The email address, account identifier and authentication-related technical information of the membership authentication process, the page address, title, inflow route, device and browser information, approximate region and usage history of the homepage usage process can be processed through Google's global infrastructure. If you do not want to use Google account login and Firebase Authentication, you may not use the membership function, and Google Analytics storage information may be rejected or deleted from your browser settings.
6. The destruction of personal information
When the retention period of personal information ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, it will be destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a difficult way to recover, and paper documents are crushed or incinered. Information preserved in accordance with relevant laws and regulations is kept separately from other personal information.
7. The rights of the information subject and the legal representative
The information subject may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, and membership withdrawal of personal information. The legal representative can exercise his rights within the scope set by the relevant laws and regulations. The hospital will handle it without delay after confirming whether it is the person or the legitimate agent, and if there is a reason for restriction under the law, the reason will be informed.

8. Measures to secure the safety of personal information
The hospital implements technical and administrative measures to safely protect personal information, such as minimizing access rights, encryption of transmission intervals, one-way encryption of passwords, security updates, inspection of access records, and training of personal information handlers. The password is processed as encrypted authentication information through Firebase Authentication.
9. Cookies and automatic collection devices
On the homepage, Firebase Authentication may use cookies or browser storage to maintain login status and security, and Google Analytics may use cookies or browser storage to determine the number of visitors and usage flow. We do not use Google Analytics' advertising customization and Google signal data collection. Users can reject or delete stored information in their browser settings. In this case, the login function may be limited or the visit statistics may not be accurate.
